Jewish History
Jews are an ethno-religious group originating from the Israelites or Hebrews of the ancient Middle East. The Jewish people and the religion of Judaism are strongly interrelated and converts to Judaism have been absorbed into the Jewish community throughout the millennia. There are some prominent Jewish personalities during the recent past which include Albert Einstein and Golda Meir. There are approximately 13 to 14 million Jews all around the globe and they are some of the most influential ethno-religious groups.
